BURIAL OPTIONS

Mountain Meadows Cemetery is a beautiful, tranquil space intended to honor you or your loved ones.

We invite you to take a tour of our facilities and our grounds. Choosing a final resting place is an intensely personal process, and we are proud to be able to provide you with various options, enabling you to find the site that appeals to your personal taste.

IN-GROUND BURIAL

Mountain Meadows offers traditional burial spaces which can be memorialized with a bronze marker, flush marker or upright monument.

Each grave space allows for only one of the following:

  • A. One full size adult interment

  • B. One cremated remains inurnment and one full size interment

  • C. Two cremated remain inurnments

CREMATION

Mountain Meadows Cemetery offers two options when inurnment of cremated remains is the option you or your loved one has chosen.

Our Feature Circle located in front of the Chapel provides columbarium style inurnment. Each cremation niche can accommodate up to two urns, depending on urn size. Or In-ground inurnment in a full-size grave. In-Ground inurnments shall be in a permanent-type container, urn or urn vault and no more than two inurnments are allowed in a full-size grave.

FEES – Effective April 1, 2024

THERE WILL BE NO BURIALS ON SUNDAYS, OR THE FOLLOWING DAYS WITHOUT EXCEPTION:
Sundays and the following holidays:

January 1 “New Years Day,” Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day (observed), July 4th “Independence Day”, Labor Day (observed), Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

The below stated fees are subject to change without notice by action of the Board of Directors.

IN THE EVENT OF EXTREME CONDITIONS OR SITUATIONS, ANY BURIAL, SCHEDULED OR NOT, MAY BE CANCELED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE SUPERINTENDENT.

1. Winter burials and fees per conditions 

Monument Foundation: Group Cost (usually poured in May and October): $200 per linear foot; Individual Cost  (poured upon request): $375 per linear foot.  No foundations will be poured in winter conditions.

There is no charge for the use of the chapel. However the chapel may only be used in a brief fashion for the committal service, in lieu of a graveside service.
